"Good product, rough packaging"
The product itself was fine and worked as expected, but like i said, the packaging could’ve been a lot better. The box showed up smashed on one corner, and there was barely any padding inside. Luckily nothing was broken, but like i said, for the price, I expected NexiGo to pack it with a little more care.

"Replacement Took A Bit"
I did get the replacement in the end, but it took Longer than I was expecting. Not a huge deal, just wish it had been a little quicker.

"Image Quality Was Just Okay"
The image was okay, but not as clear or sharp as I was expecting. It’s not terrible, just kind of average. Has anyone else had the same issue with the picture quality?

"A little too big for trips"
It’s just sooo bulky for travel. I wanted it to be easier to pack and carry around, but it takes up way more space than I expected.

"I Honestly Feel Dumb for Trusting the Specs"
I bought a nexigo webcam after reading through the specs and thinking it was going to be a solid upgrade, but I feel kind of stupid for trusting them. The camera works, sure, but the features feel basic once you actually use it. The app has a few controls, but there’s not much depth, and some settings don’t even seem to save properly. For the price, I really expected better zoom, useful presets, and cleaner low-light options. It’s not completely useless, but it definitely didn’t feel like what I thought I was getting.

"The buttons lag pretty much every time…"
The buttons lag pretty much every time I try to use them, and it gets annoying fast. I keep tapping and waiting, tapping and waiting. The menus are confusing too, like I’m never sure where anything is or what I’m supposed to press next. It just feels clunky every time, and the same laggy buttons and messy menus keep getting in the way

"Felt stuck using a really outdated site"
The whole site just feels outdated and kind of frustrating to deal with. The layout is messy, the colors are harsh, and I felt like I was the one having to work extra hard just to find anything. Browsing shouldn’t feel this difficult

The process itself was easy, but it definitely took a while. My biggest issue was that it wasn’t really clear who actually owned the next step, so I found myself waiting around and wondering who was supposed to follow up. Once things got moving, it was fine, but the lack of clear ownership made it more frustrating than it needed to be

I picked up this NexiGo webcam and it does the job, but I was expecting a little better for the money. Setup wasn’t too bad, and shipping was fine, but I still felt like I had to mess around with settings more than I wanted to just to get it looking decent. It’s not terrible, and the value is okay, but it definitely wasn’t as good as I was hoping. Probably fine if you just need something basic and don’t want anything fancy.

"Warranty process was a headache"
I had to file a warranty claim and it took way longer than it should have. Support wasn’t much help either, mostly just gave me vague replies and I kept having to follow up. After all that, my issue still isn’t even fixed, so yeah, frustrating experiance.

"Decent in the daytime, but low light let me down"
It works fine during the day, so I can’t really complain too much, but of course the one thing I needed most was better low-light quality and that’s where it falls short. My room ends up looking grainy unless I turn on extra lamps, which kind of defeats the purpose for me. For the price it’s not terrible, but I feel like I always end up expecting just a little more and getting disappointed

I ordered from nexigo and the item showed up in good condition, so no real complaints there. But as someone who checks tracking way too often and likes knowing when something’s coming, the lack of updates for a couple days was a little frustrating. Shipping took longer than I expected too. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, just average.

The audio is clear enough for regular calls, so I can’t say it’s bad, but it does get a little tinny at times. It also picks up more room noise than I expected, which has been a bit stressful when I’m trying to sound professional and suddenly every little background sound comes through

I’ve only had this for about a week and the webcam has already stopped working. I’m not sure if I just got a faulty one or if other people have run into the same issue, but it’s disappointing. I was hoping it would hold up better based on what I expected

It took a little while to get everything going, but the driver finally installed just fine. Not a huge issue, just needed some patience for it to "finish up" properly.

I’ve been using it it works fine for what I need. I didn’t really have any major issues with the product itself. My only complaint is that support was slow to get back to me, which was a bit frustrating from my side.

The screen is way too dim for everyday use. I can barely see it unless the room is dark, which makes it really frustrating. On top of that, it feels like the terms or details around what I was getting keep changing, so the whole experience has been disappointing

"Colors were way off in real life!!!"
I picked up this NexiGo webcam thinking it would be a decent upgrade, but the colors were all over the place!!! One minute my face looked super orange, and the next I looked totally washed out like I was sitting under weird office lights!!!
I tried messing with the settings, changing the lighting, moving things around, all of it!!! Greens and blues on screen still didn’t look anything like they do in real life, which got frustrating fast!!!

For video calls, it was just annoying because I felt like I looked weird every single time!!! Maybe it works fine for someone who doesn’t care about color accuracy, but for me that was a big dealbreaker!!!
